Have been coming to you for 21 years and have always had good treatment and advice. Hope this continues, even though you are short staffed at present.

I have been going to this dental practice and have consistently received excellent treatment. The booking system is efficient, while all the staff are most friendly.

I’m a nervous when it comes to dentist appointments and get overwhelmed just by the smell when I enter the room. My dentist was very understanding and careful. He explained everything in detail and was very caring and patient. The filling was done well and I didn’t have any pain, not even from the anaesthetic injection.

My treatment has been efficient but ended in a devastating facial paralysis. It’s plausible it was a result of treatment at this practice. The fact it was brushed aside was not helpful in my recovery. That it was not acknowledged or remembered in follow up treatment is sadly reflective of a the practice and it’s staff. My treatment has worked from a dental tooth perspective and me more than planned. Through all this treatment being recorded and seen as an individual has been important but the practice has failed. It you want a robotic, efficient ish service that might lead to a devastating outcome please go ahead. My own feeling and experience is ‘ if you can’t remember my name, don’t engage with questions and show or appreciate history of 15 months or treatment, you may struggle to find good reviews’ Overall staff need to behave as if everyone is important not just a money earner. Left feeling grumpy, undervalued and disappointed. I will not attend further appointments

The practice itself is modern, very clean and the staff are welcoming. My dentist does deal with Nhs patients like me and the quality of care and efficiency was good. However, I understand that there are only two out of the nine dentists that treat Nhs patients. Because of the work pressures that this will inevitably cause these two, I am concerned about their care.

Under the new owners this practice has significantly gone down hill. Staff left and not back filled, impossible to get appointments. Ask for receipts to claim via insurance and issue a statement of account, always chasing for the correct information

Always been quick and efficient, nice staff, great dentist. Gives clear and helpful advice. Parking just around the corner is very useful. Some waiting needed to get an appointment, but with the after effects of covid still causing problems this is only to be expected. I've been with them for quite a few years and has always been good to excellent!.
