The treatment and advice I have had over the last few years from the dental practice at Chipping Norton has always been exemplary as was my most recent treatment. So from the service point of view I am very satisfied but I am worried that there is a gradual move away from offering an NHS service. I know the ins and out of the situation are complex and no one should be criticized for not wanting to work at a wage level well below the industry standard but the level of private fees will put dental treatment well beyond my reach.

I lost a crown chewing on a butterscotch. The dentist who reattached the crown was her usual efficient self and I was pleasantly surprised with the price (NHS) which was under £30.

Professional and friendly service. Great front of house and competent dentist who discussed and provided options for me to consider and move forward with. Felt unhurried and listened to. Unfortunately the wait for appointments is the problem as they are short staffed but doing their best.

Hygienist cancelled on day of appointment with no replacement appointment available until November. Not good for sufferer from gum disease. At check up a couple of days later dentist confirmed two fillings needed. No appointment available to have them done until November. 5 months wait. This is not satisfactory or justifiable for any reason.

Lovely receptionists, dentists under too much pressure sadly for this reason I can no longer recommend. I am still in pain a week later and non the wiser as to what the problem is! 111 refer back to the same clinician who clearly is under too much pressure and does not have the time to do the work needed. Used to be a wonderful practice.
