I was very nervous but l was but at ease right from the start and explained everything to be done and all the after care aswell over all a very good experience

Spoke to receptionist and got an appointment as I was in pain with an infection under my tooth, my dentist was on holiday so saw another, fantastic service thank you

Called at 10am and left message to ring me back , no one rang so was forced to ring again at 1200 . My appointment went well , but still have a problem with my £300.00 cap , rough at back of tooth cutting my tongue.

Broke my wisdom tooth- ouch! Great help from surgery as it was a Bank Holiday. Offered lots of appointments but needed one either after work or in holidays. Helped with antibiotics and a temporary solution then yesterday 23rd Feb had appointment to remove tooth. What wonderful staff- I was so nervous and worried but everyone from the Reception staff, dental nurse to the dentist was calm, reassuring and non judgmental. The experience was clear, precise with detailed after care instructions. I would highly recommend the surgery and dentist.

Always nervous of this procedure but dentist very aware and uses anaesthetic to numb any possible pain. Dentist always puts me at ease and I do not experience any real discomfort, although like most people always glad when it’s over.

Visited Church Street Dental Practice for a deep clean. Very cheerful, friendly staff. Was seen very promptly, and was given helpful advice on looking after my teeth. The cleaning process was as nearly painless as would be possible in the circumstances.
