I had always been put off seeing a hygienist as I’d been told it was painful!! Absolute rubbish - will definitely use this service regular now ?

Hygienist and her assistant were very welcoming, gentle with my teeth and full of good advice. I already booked my next appointment with that specific hygienist.

I had a filling at 5pm i did not eat that night. At 8.30 the next day part of it fell out. When I called you offered me an appointment in three weeks. Not acceptable I was only offered a differnt appointment after I complainted. Not the service i would expect. Dissapointed about this visit.

The reception staff were friendly and professional. The hygienist was not only professional, she was thorough. She explained everything in detail. Did not rush my treatment and was happy to discuss further options for what I may want to consider in the future.

The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. The dentists and Hygienists are absolutely wonderful. I have used this dental.practice both NHS and private and have always had superb servive from all.

The appointment was made on the same day as an emergency appointment. It was a bit tricky to make as I had to ring bang on at 8am. But apart from that it was great.
