The clinical staff are always prompt, efficient and friendly. I can’t always say the same of the admin staff.

Dentist was good but I’d had to drive to there to get an appointment as the phone is not answered. Even while I sat there the phone was being ignored for no good reason that I could see

Just an observation whilst waiting - a person rang for an emergency appointment and was told to ring back later to see if any cancellations. Surely it would be more effective to take the number and to ring them back if you have a cancellation?

You sent me a text telling me I had to have an appointment I came in for my appointment only to be asked was it an emergency then I said no You sent me a text telling me I had to have an appointment .Then she did a quick check 2 minutes and said there's nothing wrong with my teeth which I already knew and then you charge me 25 pounds so why was I sent a text to come in for an appointment

I feel the hygienist was caring and explained what she was doing and what the condition was of my teeth and gums. She is gentle and not heavy handed.
