After a harrasing number of correspondence from the practice to remind/ask if I was coming, my appointment was cancelled in such a short notice. (Second time in the last two years, bearing in mind I attend twice a year.) Then I telephoned three times to reschedule, kept on the line for about 45 minutes and at the end couldn't get through. Next day, when I tried and got through, I explained my grievance and received NOT a single word of apology or something similar. On top, they require patients to pay a deposit of £22. I don't see this is written in anywhere and not sure how they could enforce that.

Since having mentioned to one dentist of how front desk staff never smiled or greeted patients, that has changed. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming. The dental staff are very good.

Saw the hygienist, all scrubbed and polished in 20 mins, no pain?? Receptionists are always very nice and helpful. Surgery is always very clean and tidy too??. Overall a very good experience today. Thanks very much to everyone.

Third visit to this practice. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Dental treatment has been very good , re-booked for.my six month check and hygienist clean up.

I have had a life long phobia of going to the dentist until now but our dentist is fantastic. He always treats us with kindness and gives us good advice about looking after our teeth. My teeth have never been in better condition and I have gone for several years now without needing any treatment. I would never go anywhere else and I actually don’t dread going to the dentist now.
