My appointment went well with my Dentist. I am impressed with the high standard of care he always provide. All the explanations and procedure are clearly explained in details.

Everything ran like clockwork. Told I needed a small filling that they then were able to do on the spot. Staff courteous and efficient at all times.

The hygienist was very kind. I dont like going and I told her that it hurts me and I feel like I'm being waterboarded. She was very gentle and ver considerate. The last hygienist just said "well I can't make it hurt less" and was rough.

The dentist listened and asked about my visit as a lump was found. Provided the update.. asked what size teepees I’m using said it was the correct size

Apart from frequent cancellations, messages are not passed on or not understood. Records do not seem to be kept up to date.

The receptionist and nursing assistant are always welcoming The dentist always seem to do a rush job quick check and not much else The reception and stairs are very dirty could do with a good clean

The dentist always is friendly and puts myself and my children at ease when we visit (which means a lot to us as we find dentist visits daunting due to past trauma!). We find our dentist very reassuring, caring and talks us through what he is going to do so we are prepared. Even my youngest 4 year old who was scared felt able to show her teeth to the dentist which is a big deal for her - the sticker she got helped a lot too ?

The polite and very reassuring dentist never fails to impress me. The surgery and receptionist area are always spotless and the staff very kind and professional.
