Everything ran like clockwork. Told I needed a small filling that they then were able to do on the spot. Staff courteous and efficient at all times.

The hygienist was very kind. I dont like going and I told her that it hurts me and I feel like I'm being waterboarded. She was very gentle and ver considerate. The last hygienist just said "well I can't make it hurt less" and was rough.

The dentist listened and asked about my visit as a lump was found. Provided the update.. asked what size teepees I’m using said it was the correct size

The receptionist and nursing assistant are always welcoming The dentist always seem to do a rush job quick check and not much else The reception and stairs are very dirty could do with a good clean

The dentist always is friendly and puts myself and my children at ease when we visit (which means a lot to us as we find dentist visits daunting due to past trauma!). We find our dentist very reassuring, caring and talks us through what he is going to do so we are prepared. Even my youngest 4 year old who was scared felt able to show her teeth to the dentist which is a big deal for her - the sticker she got helped a lot too ?

The polite and very reassuring dentist never fails to impress me. The surgery and receptionist area are always spotless and the staff very kind and professional.

I went mainly to have a check up and also needed a minor filling in one of my molars. The dentist was quite efficient and did the checking and also told me that I have to come on another day to get the filling. The whole process took sbou 8 minutes , For the filling appointment I went after about three days and I was in the chair for filling for less tan 5 minutes and the filling did not even take three minutes. I was surprised why this was not done on my first appointment a couple of days earlier . It was not that other patients were waiting as I was seen well before my scheduled appointment time. I was not worried so much about the payment for my second visit snd treatment but for the reason that I had to spend as much as 3 hours for my travel by public transport as there is no parking available for cars at their surgery - I had to walk a mile to get the bus and waiting for the bus for both ways. I was disappointed that my dentist did not care about my inconvenience considering my age(87 years). They could have done filling on the same day as the checking and it would not ha taken more than two minutes extra time,
