The dentist is very good at putting me at ease. She explains what she's doing and when. Please stop making me complete the forms every time though.

Every element of my routine dental appointment was explained to me. I left with a better understanding of what future treatment maybe required and what I can do now to lessen that necessity.

The treatment I had was top class and so we're all the staff. However I think £62.00 for the hygienist is over the top and I'm sure a lot of patients won't be able to afford this.

We do however try our best to make private fee's as affordable as possible and are given a banding system for the NHS charges. The specialist who checked my teeth was very patient and attentive to my needs, and answered all my questions. She also advised me on the best case scenario.

My son is autistic and had anxieties about his treatment, but the dentist was extremely patient and encouraged him to go ahead. Thanks for being so supportive.

Excellent treatment for a filling. Very courteous and pleasant dentist and staff. Surgery is very clean and decorated very calm and sympathetic.

Due to a medical problem I have lots of issues with my throat, I found their patience and understanding very reassuring . Any work on my mouth must be challenging but the reassurance I received was not only reassuring but for me, essential. Even after treatment while waiting for my daughter to pick me up I was asked if I was waiting for a lift and they very kindly contacted my daughter to inform her that I was waiting. I am a bit deaf and due to operations on my vocal cords, speech is difficult so that was very welcome. Overall experience was made so much better due to the pleasant and thoughtful attention of all the staff I had the pleasure of being in contact with and can’t thank you enough.
