Always remind me by text of my appointment time and I’m not sat in the waiting room for ages they are always prompt.. The service I receive is always first class and always give me excellent aftercare advice

We both saw the New lady dentist on her first day at the practice. We were completely blown away by her empathy and concern for both of us. She was so informative and friendly and on the following Monday when I had unfortunately arrived a little late, due to a mix up on the time if my appointment she was still able to see me, which possibly encroached into her lunchtime. We both felt that it was the most satisfying dental appointments we have had in many years.

Great service and friendly staff however the room i was in had a couple of techincal issues which delayed my appointment whilst they were looking to fix the equipment. Nothing against the staff though as they were great.

The smiles on entering. The empathy.The all round caring feeling.I'm 91 and didn't feel as if I was a nuisance. I've ways been frightened at the dentists, this is the 1st time I will look forward to my next visit. Ghank you.

I was able to get an appointment the same day. The locum dentist was lovely. The triage on the phone takes a long time which causes long waits

Had a filling for the 1st time in years, didn't feel the injection or any work after that. Very apprehensive before going in, but felt calm the whole way through the procedure. Thanks ladies

Not a lot of confidentialy in the waitong area. can here every word of the receptionist. treatment was fine. previsit online form not user friendly
