As a first point of contact at a reception desk , I was not impressed. I understand that they have work to do looking at monitors but when there are four receptionists and not one acknowledges you , it felt like I was bothering them to announce that I had arrived for my appointment . No smiles just an uncomfortable atmosphere . I was asked if I had filled out my questionnaire ? which I had not received via email I said I had not received one , to the snappy reply of well look in your spam email box , no still was not there either as if it was my fault. On the subject of emails and telephone calls I had previously sent two emails via their website and left 3 three voice mails too never get a reply via email , or a return call . This I feel is very a poor performance for patients in an age of communication and customer service.

We apologize that we did not meet your expectations at your appointment and of course will raise your concerns with the team.
