Busy practice, (only 15 mins late) friendly staff, first rate Dentist, only a check up but the Dentist took his time

I arrived a few minutes early and was seen within minutes..for the hygenist..and was very pleased to have such care attention being 79 years old and been using this practice venue for almost 35 years

Lovely .The single word I used expresses what I wanted to say. I do not wish to write a tome or challenge the length of War and Peace. I don't answer questionnaires. Please do not bother me again with such unmitigated nonsense. Your dentist and her support worker were excellent. That is all!!!!

freeMade to feel at ease and comfortable Reception and surgery rooms very clean Staff pleasant and dentist very communitive and very efficient car parking close by and free in Sudbury

I was very nervous about tooth extraction, Shouldn't have worried as it was painless,I cannot praise my dentist enough, I was put at ease and treated with great care , I would recommend my lovely dentist to anyone

I have been going to this practice for over 30 yrs now and I have always received good professional treatment and advice. I particularly like my hygienist who keeps my teeth healthy and tartar/ plaque free I would recommend everyone to have a hygienist to look at their teeth.

I have no issues with the dentists and nurses, everyone I've seen is great. Unfortunately there are 2 receptionists who are extremely rude - they ignore you when you are waiting to check in so that they can carry on their personal conversations. Yesterday I was kept waiting because one of them was moaning to her colleague that they were going to have to work late. As an NHS manager of a GP surgery, I find this behaviour unacceptable and wouldn't tolerate it from my receptionists. That aside, the care from the dentists and dental nurses is excellent.

The dentist was running 30 minutes late which is understandable and an apology was made by the dentist to me. However, it would have been helpful if the receptionist mentioned this when I arrived for my appointment . I overheard another patient making the same point about a different dentist when I arrived at the practice. It is not the first time this has happened at the practice.

I visited the dentist a few months back dentist was great told my son he needed braces, so refereed him to the on-site orthodontist. Had an app with orthodontist on the 13/09/2023 at 8.15 was seen at 8.30 which is fine was in there less than 2mins all she said was you need braces you will have to come back for examination an X-rays what a total waste of time now we have to wait until December for next app 3 months for X-rays and examination what could have been done on this visit. She wasn’t very friendly either & my son gets very nervous & anxious about the dentist
