I was treated in a timely manner as per my appointment. My dentist was very informative and described the procedures she was performing. She was helpful and willing to make recommendations regarding my dental treatment.

I received a cancellation for my 9am appointment, which was for the hygienist. I queried why mine was cancelled but not my husband's 8.40 one. I was told that it was the the dentist who was not in that day (8.30 appointment) which led to confusion about the appointment timings. Admin messages need to be correct .

Really pleased with this practice. Appointment within 5 days for toothache. Filing and extraction completed, with no pain and no after effects.

Just a check up. My usual dentist was away and a locum dentist went to exceptionall lengths to explain my condition of bone loss plus receding gums and how to best manage it.

Had a recent appointment postponed within an hour of the appointment and due to the lack of reception staff, they were only able to relay the information by text. As such I travelled (over 15 miles) to the appointment, being unaware that a text had been sent. Patients should be aware that phone calls to forewarn of such postponements may not always be possible, due to the pressure the reception staff are under. Moral of this is check your phone for texts before setting off for appointments. Lesson learned!
