this practice doesn't take NHS patients even if they are children. i tried to call them to book in my 3 year old child that needs to have a check-up, but their instant reaction was "they only take on new patients in general but not on the NHS". they advertise that they take on new NHS patients but the don't.

Altho my appointment was slightly delayed due to an emergency being treated ahead of me, the receptionist and the dentist apologised. Both receptionists were friendly but professional and efficient. The dentist was very thorough in his examination, asked relevant questions, and despite running late due to the previous patient’s treatment, my examination was unhurried and the dentist communicated really well.

Very good at accommodating patients with appointments. Such a shame I had to wait 30 mins past my appointment time before seeing a hygienist.

Very nice practice, all staff friendly and professional, my daughter was very nervous and they were brilliant with her and managed all the treatment needed.

My 1st clean and polish in 10 years.I was very nervous but the hygienist soon put me at ease ,explained everything he was doing and gave me good advice on better oral hygiene.

This practice is new to me in 2023, and I have really had a good experience throughout. The premises are clean and welcoming. The reception staff are helpful. I don't have anything negative to mention here.

Broke a bit off my tooth Saturday night, phoned in first thing Monday morning and got a same day appointment. And a follow up for the treatment a couple of days later.

Very good customer service from the staff. But felt the Dentist were pushy in trying to get you to pay for extra services and also not being honest about the treatment you are entitled to on plan 2. You are entitled to Deep scale and polish and yet told me I would need to pay £50 to see the Hygenist to get a deep clean.
