Open nice and early so easy to plan the day. Friendly reception staff. great clinical team, dentist and nurse, explaining exactly what is going on. Only bad side is you have to walk through a car park that you are not allowed to use. That is not their fault though they don't own it. So we cant use it.

The Dentist was sick, she should not have been at work providing the service at charge as she was. The dentist was coughing and spewing during the assessment that I paid for. I do not believe I received the service I paid for. If your sick your sick, please stay home. Do not go to work and provide an unpleasant experience for a paying customer.

No problems found. I would prefer to have a check up once a year but have been informed that I must come twice a year or lose my NHS place.

Patients are advised to attend the practice on a regular basis dependent on their individual dental needs. This can vary from 6 monthly appointments to annual appointments. This is subject the dentist's professional judgement. A patient will only be deregistered and unable to accesses our services under the National Health if they do not attend the practice for two consecutive years. Was not made to feel at ease. Am nervous patient. When asking questions for guidance he wouldn’t give his advice saying was up to me. Left me very confused.
