It is a friendly place.Had first class treatment again.I was not a very good with visits to dentist.but always happy to visit this pratice

I received first dentury made by this surgery on January 2023. Only after couple of months cracked complitely. So surgery started do another. Because of suuden travel abroad, I asked for quick service to collect new dentury before fly. I paid for that service extra 60 Pounds. On the day of collection new dentury, the receptionist informed me that I came to surgery for nothing. And nobody informed me that my dentury did not arrived. I wasted time and money for extra quick service and money for travel.

I have attended the Damira dentists in Bishops Stortford twice recently & on both occasions had excellent service. The receptionist was polite and helpful with a friendly welcoming approach. The dentist took the time to carefully explain everything as he went along and this all combined for a totally stress free experience. Thankyou to the whole team.

As always with this company, it is so difficult to get through on the phone, and message tells you to use on line booking, but that always says the same " No appointments available" Would also say Dentistry is only average, as had to go back for repair to filling last visit.

We receive a high volume of calls due to the increased demand of NHS emergencies and patients wishing to register at our practice. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. The dentist was very professional and did a great job. He didn’t rush and took the time to make sure that I was satisfied with the treatment I had received.

I had a tooth ache and phoned for the first available appointment and got one in the afternoon. The receptionist was very helpful, the dentist was excellent he explained the treatment needed and carried out the procedure ( a temporary filling with root canal treatment needed). I have now had the treatment and was very happy with the whole process. Many thanks to Damira Dental practice.
