The staff are friendly and reassuring. I would particularly like to thank the Dentist I saw for his help and advice which has made such a difference to my everyday life.

I visited on 26 April with toothache and was given antibiotics and they said i would either have to have root canel or tooth taken out and told to make an appointment with my own dentist. When I came back 2 weeks later I saw the same dentist and asked how my tooth was, I said swelling had gone and they said it doesn't mean it's gone away but no mention of treatment for the tooth. So I basically just paid for 2 check ups in 2 weeks.

Your dental health is most important to us, and we would like to assure you that we did everything in our power to care for you during your emergency appointment. The objective of an emergency appointment is to evaluate the problem and provide a temporary resolution to help relieve the patient from any pain. It is advised for patients to return to the practice for a full dental assessment in which a permanent treatment plan can be administered and furthermore completed. Having broken a molar at the end of March, all recommended treatment has been completed within three weeks, including fitting a new crown. Very appropriate in time for the coronation!

Emergency appointment needed but receptionist expected me to wait 2 weeks. No usual dentists there only locums through my treatment I saw 2 different dentists. Receptionist when given a request by the dentist to book me in for 2 days time he said there will have to be some moving patients around. The receptionust was very unipressed stated she has no idea when she will be able to do this and it depends if people were willing to move for me. I should not have been told this she then tried to book me in for the following week I found this all very worrying. She then telephoned me less than and hour later confirming the appointment for 2 days time so I have no idea what that was about. After that appointment I was asked to book a provisional appointment for 2 weeks time again this was a problem I was told the locum was not in the book even if he was they did not have a room for him so she will ring me when my veneer was ready and book me with another dentist. Really not impressed but had given up by this time. I turned up for last appointment was advised he was running really late I asked how far behind as I had another appointment to attend again receptionust said it would be cutting it fine the hint there was to rebook. I ended up going in 5 minutes early. This has put me off of having any treatment with Damira other than a checkup. I was told by the receptionist that losing a veneer was not an emergency.

Friendly greeting from desk and dentist, relaxed clean atmosphere. No negatives at all and my teenage son told me he liked this dentist much better than the last one we went to.
