Highy recomended. Quick response and very helpful. I had my crown break and get that fix in a same day as I made the appointment.

In a short time I got NHS appointment and the dentist was knowledgeable and experienced and the the staff was so good and supportive

Unable to get through on phone, their customer service is poor, they constantly change or cancel fixed appointments, often at the last minute, and have trouble keeping dentists for some reason. They currently only have one. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

All staff are made aware of the high-level customer service that Damira aims to deliver, and this will be raised during the next staff training to ensure this does not happen again. We take negative feedback very seriously and we do understand your concerns regarding the phones. We receive a high volume of calls due to the increased demand of NHS emergencies and patients wishing to register at our practice. Answering the phones is a priority for our reception and they always answer as many phone calls as they can. Tooth extraction, pain less, kept informed of every stage of the procedure given advise on aftercare.

My own experience at this practice worked out perfectly. I was seen on time and made very welcome. The dentist took the greatest of care to listen to me and then provided excellent treatment with continuing encouragement and support throughout.

I have always had a very good, professional service from Damira Dental Studios and yesterday had an extraction. The dentist made me feel very well cared for and considered and she explained what she was doing as she performed the operation. It was over quickly and without undue stress and I would hope that the same dentist would take care of my needs in future.

Found every member of the practice from receptionist to dentists very friendly and that puts me at ease at my dreaded trip to the dentist. Also, the practice has been very accommodating at giving me an appointment at short notice

I used Damira Dentist for few issues, one of them was new denture. Even if I was NHS's Patient, I received professional treatment. The Staff and customer service very good.

I normally see the same dentist on each visit, which I find helpful. They always make me feel comfortable and relaxed and if anything needs to be done they give me options and costs to let me make a choice.

This was altogether a warm agreeable experience from receptionist to surgeon. Good professional advice and appropriate treatment was given. The intercultural communication and relationship were also interesting as we discussed previous countries of residence and dental treatments overseas. Thanks for the good service. Mike
