Great practice: highly professional and caring service. The dentist made sure I was aware of everything he was doing and why he was doing it!

I went for tooth extraction. Asked few questions about, which dentist got annoyed with and was rude towards me saying ''You don't understand English, I wont treat you, no'' Then I asked will I feel any pain during extraction. She said ''Yes might be smaller or bigger pain''. I was shocked, as I shouldn't be feeling any pain during this treatment. Only afterwards. And sh got angry again repeating the same. I took my coat and left crying. I was in the lobby calling my husband , explaining what happened and staff looked at me and didn't even apologise or ask if I am fine. Dentist should just told me ''No, don't worry, you wont feel any pain, we will give you injection and extract the tooth.'' and be more polite un understanding about this instead of being annoyed, rude and rushy with me. I never had an experience like that in my life. I have been to dentist in other practice, where dentist is polite and informative. And just does the treatment to you. I will never go there and don't advice people to go there. In the first cabinet on the left.

An unusually long treatment (approx 40 minutes) to clean the teeth and fill three very large cavities which was carried with care and in a professional manner

Experience was good however there are two elements that I felt could of improved my experience for it to be perfect: 1. Intrusive questions asked from the Dentist not related to my treatment. I was uncomfortable and hesitant to answer. No one has ever asked Direct questions to me like this and I felt I had no choice but to disclose irrelevant information about myself to fill in the awkward silence. 2. No mention of additional costs to the treatment just a requirement to take images. For transparency I would of liked to be told there would be a charge and whether I would like to proceed. I most probably would of not had the extra treatment if I was made aware by the dentist prior taking these. Other than that the experience was faultless and with minor adjustments the practice will be outstanding for all!

Had a follow up appointment after the initial check up. Recommended a clean. Dentist fully explained the options and relative costs. Carried out the procedure quickly and carefully, pausing to check everything was okay regular intervals. Recommended additional ongoing care of teeth, and a further check up on six months. All was very precise and efficiently completed. Will certainly recommend to others.
