Having had very little done to my teeth by a dentist, I always fear the hygienist more! However, the hygienist I had this visit was very gentle whilst still being thorough.

Very disappointed with a hygienist visit costing £70. The new hygienist insisted one of my teeth had lost a filling when it had not. She appeared unable to use the equipment, at one stage asking me to hold one as she could not manage. The water sprayed all over my face including my eyes, cheeks, and neck, My hair was very wet. She then said she would be unable to complete stain removing as she was unable to do so. She said she was unable to complete the usual descale and Polish. This is the first issue had with this practice, the dental treatment has been excellent however I would not recommend booking a descale and polish

My children were relaxed and happy the whole appointment. It was thorough and professional The dentist made an effort to speak to my children directly which I appreciated.

phoned up for an emergency appointment at 8-30,gave me a time of 10-30,all done in about 10 mins,very helpful,made you at ease,nothing was to much trouble,gave you very helpful advice after treatment, thank you 10/10

For the last 4 visits I’ve been kept waiting in the waiting room for over 45 mins.. without explanation.. when complained to receptionist she states the dentist doesn’t tell us when she’s running late.. what a pathetic excuse.. I arrive on time every time.. I’m paying a premium rate per hour.. but it’s costing me double in my wasted time.. this place needs to get a grip!

I visited the practice on Tuesday 14th Mar to have a crown fitted. My previous appt was for the tooth to be drilled and prepared for the crown. I've had a lifelong phobia of dentists but at Damira I felt incredibly calm and well looked after. That treatment day and the day of the crown fitting were both spectacularly calm and pain-free. I felt confident that I was in good hands and almost enjoyed the experience! I cannot thank the dentist and her assistant enough for the way I was looked after.

Very quick inspection of the problem and immediate repair. Most impressed by speed and efficiency. There was no pain and the repair is good.

I have a complex case which could not be met by my previous dentist. I was welcomed at this practice and they were very understanding and helpful. I have had work completed and know I have their support for the upcoming work. Very pleased.
