I had a visit with the hygienist this week, the treatment was the quickest, most comfortable, painless treatment I have ever received with great results. I would highly recommend and will be continuing to use this practice moving forward.

Friendly staff and go out there way to accommodate you.the practice always loos clean and tidy and a friendly smile from reception staff

The receptionists are always very welcoming and really helpful to find you a suitable appointment. The dentist is brilliant and great with the children, you never feel like she is in a rush to see the next patient.

All staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I am very anxious going to the dentist, the dentist I saw was so kind and judgement-free. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing then showed me my xrays and explained them. 10/10 would recommend

Most of the appointments we've booked have been cancelled and rearranged. The latest was cancelled with only 4 hours notice, because the same dentist we've had for years has decided not to see NHS patients. How on earth they only discovered this 4 hours before the appointment is baffling. The last 3 hygienist appointments (two of which were cancelled/rearranged) have all been with different staff so I suspect they have staffing/retention issues. Staff are very pleasant and professional though, once you actually get to see them.

I had a very wobbly back tooth, i was booked into the dentist in less than 24 hours, the tooth was extracted easily, felt very at ease, and always have since a very bad experience somewhere else, they are efficient, on time, caring an supportive, and now have no problem with attending the dentist, the patients needs are catered for, and are very professional and passionate.

The treatment is fine once you actually get to see a dentist but over the last two years probably two thirds of mine and my son's appointments have been either cancelled or rearranged by the dentist which is extremely frustrating. Once my treatment was cancelled, rearranged with a different dentist for over a month later and then I didn't even get the treatment on the day because they didn't have the right items in stock. Other times appointments have been cancelled and we have had to chase to rebook, sometimes more than once.
