Pleasant visit , dentist listened to my concerns and suggested some treatment 👌. Have had some really bad experiences before and was a relief that this visit was a positive one .

Registered both of my children after struggling to get an NHS dentist, this practice continuously advertise spaces for children. What they don’t tell you if they will book an appointment and then cancel the day before or on the day every single time. Cancelled one, given another appointment 4 months later and same happens again. They haven’t seen a dentist is almost 2 years due to being cancelled every single time. Absolute joke of a practice. Do not take on patients that you cannot see.

Taken 6 visits for 1 filling and still not ok, made false teeth without taking the teeth out, they don't fit. Different dentist every time with same attitude of speed and not doing the job properly and spending appt time on the computer and me sat in the chair and treatment done fast with lack of care or attention.

Had a pre booked appointment yesterday. My dentist was fantastic, professional, friendly and gave me a excellant examination. The lovely receptionist on duty was the best service I have had in the practice in 8 years. She was extremly busy, but provided a excellant calm service all with a smile. Overall very pleased. Thank you

Appointment on 28/2/23 found I needed a wisdom tooth extracted and would need a hospital referral after 2 weeks I call my surgery and find they haven’t bothered to send referral. I went to the dental surgery and was told it hadn’t been sent but will get dentist to send it. Today 13/4/2023 call dr surgery still know nothing about it. I was given a prescription for medication to help with infection and pain for 7 days with a view of at least being put in a que. now sat here in pain taking over counter medication because of this incompetent dental surgery.

Had an appointment for an extraction was told £25 when went last turned up on the 7/02/23 and was told £160 a big price gap and a big joke if you ask me . Never recommend to anyone

I went to the so called walking centre, that's advertised open until 8pm. I got there at 730pm after try to call them from 630pm. I was in a queue apparently and all receptionists were on calls. However when I go there half an hour before the advertised closing time, a cleaner was there saying they closed just after 7pm. 111 advised me to call or go there. If they receive any subsidies for a late emergency service you should take them back. Waste of my time and petrol, thanks alot Damira Dental Studios

Had an Abscess for the pass week phoned 111 told me to go there want to the practice around 3.30pm saw the receptionist and was told to late to be seen even though they Allegedly close at 8pm everyday told to come back tomorrow at 2pm stood outside for an hour till 2pm I was 3rd in the queue went in and was told I cnt be seen has I had no appointment and was not doing anymore walk-ins that day so why dnt they tell me that the day b4 total disgrace that practice and how does every member of staff there have a break for an hour and no one else can do duties would not recommend this clinic

Our dentists work extremely hard to see as many emergency patients as they can within the day as well as completing open courses of treatment and seeing patients for dental examinations.
