I arrived for my appointment & was quickly checked in & directed to the waiting area where I had barely sat down before being called in. My check up was carried out by my usual dentist who always explains what they are doing & tells me any relevant information. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable & efficient.

Same day appointment in pain. sorted problem with efficient care. The reception dealt with my request in a compassionate manner. Hope to stay with the same dentist on future appointments.

Lovely dental practice. Who are friendly,kind and patient. Throughly recommend. A reminder was sent to my phone and email which was good. Saw my son for his 6 monthly check up and were patient with him

Whilst the treatment may have taken slightly more than 23 seconds, it genuinely did not feel like it; rush in, rush out, away you go. I answered about having a few broken teeth, one of which I said I was content to leave as is, but one causes slight discomfort occasionally. 'Nothing can be done, it is a tight bite that has caused it'. Interesting as work has been completed successfully on opposite tooth. Unsure whether a check was made on last X-ray, apart from low pressure air being applied around base of teeth, no prodding of gums as has been done in past . Main concern appeared to be selling services of hygienist. I feel (all) dentists have their patients by the short-and-curlies, as if we decide to leave their practice, it is unlikely we will find another NHS dentist, and this is being taken advantage of. I would be content to pay more for (to my mind) a proper check-up / treatment, but currently I don't feel I am a patient, just a source of cash.

Seen within 5 mins of appointment time. All staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Clean and tidy and adhered to COVID guidelines. Felt safe and well looked after.

Staff are very friendly and the waiting times are generally good. Particular care is taken with anyone 'nervous' or with medical conditions to consider.

Guys seem really friendly and I feel so fortunate to find an NHS Dentist in Fareham! Check up was smooth and the staff were helpful, especially as my previous dentist bodged a crown so I’m in the process of discussing treatment and options.
