I took my son here after not attending since pre covid. Way overdue. Friendly and not judgmental which I appreciated after already feeling awful as work was needed. Fast appointments and straight in for appointments. Really pleased

Check in process is quick and easy. Staff are polite and courteous. I've been with this practice a long time and had several different dentists over the years and all of them have been caring with their treatments and put my mind at ease.

Nice service from reception through to dentist, whole experience prompt and seems to have dealt with my specific issue. But the money I had to pay to get this service is abysmal especially as the rest of my teeth were not checked over in anyway shape or form . The only option suggested to me was to sign up to a DenPlan which, lets be honest is an errosion of a national health service that I, along with many others pay plenty if money in to. Teeth are as important for your health as many other things in your body. If this continues people will end up very unwell based on their fear of picking up these type of bills. I know I had to wait in pain to save up for one filling. Only my second in my 42 years alive.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are glad to hear you were pleased with the service provided by the team at our Damira West Street practice during your emergency visit. Unfortunately, our country is currently facing a recruitment crisis for NHS dentists. Despite our best efforts, due to the nationwide shortage of dentists we are struggling to provide routine care appointments under the NHS to most of our patients. This therefore means we are currently not in the position to register new patients under the NHS. Damira Dental Studios have always serviced both private patients and NHS patients. All dentists are self-employed and split their time between NHS and private care. As there is less demand for private services, we can offer this alternative for new patients wishing to register at the practice for routine care. Denplan is always offered as an option because it is the most affordable and efficient approach to becoming a private patient at the practice. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. My children had a fantastic first appointment at the dentist as new patients. The receptionists couldn’t be anymore helpful and the dentist was fantastic with all my children so was the dental nurse . I couldn’t praise enough .

I had an urgent pain appointment and was seen the same day. The treatment was explained to me clearly and advice was given. I was comfortable during the treatment and the dentist was professional and caring.
