Very understanding, reassuring & patient. Made me feel at ease throughout even though I'm terrified of the dentist, they have reassured me I will see the same person at appointments to form a trusting therapeutic relationship!

Dentist was welcoming and friendly with a cheerful demeanour. Efficient and quick but not rushed. Carefully checked all aspects of oral health and had a very gentle, caring approach.

Had a extraction and addition to my dentures. All my appointments with this surgery have always been on time.. which is perfect when you feel anxious. Dentist was superb and also booked me in for hygienist. When I went back for the work to be done him and the nurse were super efficient and friendly. The reception staff are also friendly and when I emailed to ask a question they responded really quickly. Would not personally look for another dentist as this place is brilliant

I was kept waiting at reception for too long. Only one receptionist and she was on the phone, dentist also running late, no apology given.
