Have had a few recent visits to this practice, and I cannot speak highly enough of the whole thing from booking through treatment and finishing with the hygienist. They were all knowledgeable, very clear in communicating what needed to be done and great at carrying it out. All done with care and friendliness.

The Hygienist did a very careful and thorough job. This is usually not an appointment I look forward to at all so what a breath of fresh air.

I have put off hygienist visit for years after a very unpleasant and extremely painful session . During a routine check up I told my dentist why I would not do hygiene visit. He assured me that they could do it painlessly and new staff were in place. The hygienist rubbed a gel thoroughly into my gums and it worked a treat . Painless. Only discomfort was from taste of the rubber gloves hygienist wore ......surely if condoms can be flavoured gloves could be too?

On time Caring and takes time to explain Does not push treatments Obviously reads notes before seeing again and relates to previous experience... not an in and out shop but thoroughly professional

Lovely friendly efficient staff. Easy to get and make an appointment. Again when I required treatment. Kept informed throughout. Prices and options were discussed with plenty of time to do this. Clean environment. Overall very good impression. Lots of lovely staff.

The team at Dentalcare Hook, are just great. Helpful and friendly. My dentist is a super down to earth person. He takes his time to explain, puts you at ease and checks on you continuously during treatment. I can't praise him enough!

Very gentle, but very thorough. Friendly and welcoming. First time I’ve seen this lady, hope she’s there next time. Couldn’t be better. Please note this was a private appointment, not NHS.

A welcoming greeting at reception when I arrived. Friendly staff who are happy to see me. They listen to me, check that I’m okay during the procedure, and explain things to me. A pleasant experience.
