Had a routine NHS check up this morning. I appreciate email and text message reminders prior to the appoitment and online forms to fill in, which makes the visit efficient. No wait time, the appoitment was on time. Good check up including bite-wing X rays.

I had a check-up a week ago and was told that a filling had fallen out. I got an appointment 3 working days later and the filling was replaced.

I recently joined Dental Care Hook, and despite there being a few issues with payment and re-booking due to illness with them, my actual dentist, I can’t remember her name, but she was so lovely for both my check up and hygienist appointment. I’ll go back there just to see the same dentist again.

Clearly communicated advice, with photos taken of the tooth so I could see clearly the positive impact of the filling. Discussion about how to move forward in my best interests. Respectful and considerate. On-going communication about the appointment from the receptionists.
