Procedure explained very clearly. Very polite professional dentist, receptionist and nurse. I was very nervous but put at ease immediately.

Very good experience for my last dental check up and hygienist appointment recently as I managed to get them both back to back which was very convenient. Both appointments were on time with minimal time in the waiting room. Both the dentist and hygienist were very friendly and made the experiences as good as they could be considering I really don't like the check up and deep clean that the hygienist does. I would recommend this practice.

Check-up Through examination then we discussed a number of options relating to a tooth which had root canal work done, many years ago.

After visiting the dentist I was recommended to the hygienist. This is where my problem started. Due to the fact most of my teeth are caps. The hygienist caused one of my caps to cause me so much pain I had to return to the dentist where by I had a X-ray. After two weeks from seeing the hygienist I had to have my tooth removed due to a fracture. This has cost me hygienist price two visits to the dentist and removal. Over £100 and a tooth which can’t be replaced at my age. The removal was awful

From the moment you arrive, the receptionist takes moments only to book an appointment. Explaining the various costs and choices. Once with my Dentist, who is impeccable in describing the condition of the tooth, what is needed, reasons why, and how long it will take for procedure. His whole approach is so soothing, its pure professional with the personal touch. A rare people’s person. A professional gem. The assistant in attendance in meticulous unison with the Dentist. The joy always arriving for an appoinment is matched with the gratitude of my joy after the procedure.

I look after my brother who has sight, mobility and cognitive/memory issues. He always gets good care ensuring he understands the state of his teeth and what treatment he needs or action he needs to take.
