My dentist made me feel so at ease as I am nervous when visiting for even a check up. Gave great advice with my sensitivity. Came across as really kind.

I found the dentist very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole experience was easy and completed very quickly. I will stay with this practice as their service is very good.

Our dentist in West Sussex went private earlier this year, and after much searching online I found Dentalcare Hook we’re taking on child patients. From the very first contact I made with the reception staff, I was made to feel valued, welcome and safe in their hands. I nearly cried with relief when they said they’d take my children on as patients as it is so difficult to get an NHS dentist now. Subsequently my daughter needed 4 teeth removed for her Orthodontic treatment, something which my old dentist quoted to do for £600 privately. Dentalcare Hook fitted her in quickly and have taken out her teeth free of charge. The dentist was fantastic; calm, informative and made the experience much more bearable for my daughter who was very nervous. My other daughter also saw the Dental Therapist for a filling, and she was great. I cannot say enough good things about this practice, please do not hesitate to go there.

I had a complicated filling today and my dentist made me feel very calm. He gave me a numbing injection and it didn't hurt at all. I'm very happy with my experience.

Consistent good experiences with my dentist. My experience includes checkups, fillings, and extraction. The booking of emergency bookings is what it is with the NHS, but that's the same everywhere, and the desk staff are polite.

Dental care hook are simply great. Organised and easy booking process, lovely clean but nicely understated premises, it’s anll anbout the dentistry! My regular dentist is amazing, simply the best dentist I have ever had. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Not sure what happened and why I even paid for the appointment. I came with a specific request, problems which are urgent. Was told to wait till it’s really bad, otherwise come back in 6 month!??? Very unprofessional, strange conversation… 10 min of nothing…will never go back!

Had 3 children 2 under 5 and 1 teenager, very quick and thorough appointment. She was very kind too the kids. I've had bad experience with this dentist previously but so far the last two appointments have been a huge improvement.
