Regular check up. Timely reminders, necessary forms completed online prior to visit. Reception polite and efficient. Seen at appointed time. Friendly care and encouraging advice. Reception made next six month appointment with printed card. In and out in eight minutes. Could not be better. Immediate Email received confirming appointment . So no treatment but have in the past and always been pleased with the result.

Have been with the Practice for 5 years or so. Have only had to have one filling and pleased with the dentist's work. Have had regular 6 months checkups. Pleasant waiting room and very friendly staff. My only negative would be that the dentist spends very little time on the checkup as Dentist's used to do years ago. I appreciate you can see a Hygienist for a full clean and polish but I thought that the payment for an NHS checkup did include a quick scaling. I was just referred to the Hygienist which is costly.

Dear patient, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you are pleased with the practice on the whole. An NHS band 1 payment does include a scale and polish if clinically necessary. In most cases patients are referred to the hygienist upon recommendation which is a more thorough clean. Being a busy NHS dental practice our examination appointments are shorter as to treat as many patients as possible, but the mouth is still thoroughly checked in this time and x-rays taken when required. Feel extremely lucky for my family to be registered here. Dentist always informative and thorough with routine cheeks. Today received absolutely outstanding service. My son had an awful toothache so tried calling but no answer. Within 10 minutes they called back and booked him in for the same day. Problematic tooth removed in seconds by lovely dentist. One happy boy.

I have sensitive teeth and receding gums so descaling my teeth can be very uncomfortable. The Hygienist was very gentle and hand scalded teeth to avoid using the machine at my request resulting in a pain free experience. Thank you.

I had a root extracted in advance of a bridge being made. Harman explained in detail what was involved and provided constant reassurance.
