I hate the dentist. Like, actually hate them…with a passion! But I went to the hygienist at Hook and she was a very lovely and caring lady. Lots of reassurance as I winced and went white knuckled in the seat, but she was quick and as gentle as she could be and it was her manner that made the difference to the overall experience. To have an understanding dentist really makes a difference and I appreciated the effort she made to make me feel relaxed.

I was put off going to the hygienist at a previous dental practice years ago but the young lady at Dentalcare Hook today was so professional, caring and did a superb job.

Regular check up. Timely reminders, necessary forms completed online prior to visit. Reception polite and efficient. Seen at appointed time. Friendly care and encouraging advice. Reception made next six month appointment with printed card. In and out in eight minutes. Could not be better. Immediate Email received confirming appointment . So no treatment but have in the past and always been pleased with the result.

Myself and my family had a lovely visit for our check up, friendly staff, a calm and positive dentist reassuring my youngest as he was a little nervous and he had such a positive experience he will be happy to come back again and ride on the magic chair. Thankyou DentalCare Hook!

All staff are very helpful and polite. Booking system is very efficient and sends digital reminders of appointments. I’m very happy with my dentist who is always considerate and gentle.

I needed to see the dentist before my regular check up. The very nice receptionist booked me an appointment and also placed me on the cancellations list. Fortunately the practice was able to offer me a cancellation which is 9 days sooner than the scheduled appointment. I attended today and received superb attention, as always. I am most appreciative of the wonderful service I receive at my dental practice and would recommend them to everyone.
