Comfortable surroundings. Very efficient service. Prompt attention and appointments on time. Courteous and friendly staff. The check up was very quick and painless. I was able to get an appointment with the hygienist to run parallel with the check up.

Went for my first appt today. Was quite nervous at first, but the dentist was very pleasant and put me at ease. Would recommend this practice, all staff seemed lovely.

Very good experience. Kind , gentle and polite dentist explained all that needed to be done. I was given the choice between NHS or private work on what I needed done . Very good to be given options.

I’ve had problems’ with a previous dentist but the woman dentist I saw today was very good which has restored my faith in the practice.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and the hygienist I saw explained everything clearly as I was very nervous. Very clean practice.

Had a filling removed and replaced due to the tooth fracturing. Filling options (Nhs, private) were clearly explained, as was my specific situation arising from the x-ray etc. The dentist even provided clear updates during the procedure, which was surprisingly straightforward and only mildly uncomfortable. However, be prepared to wait - I don't think I've ever been seen within ten minutes of my appointment time at Dentalcare Pangbourne - today was about 25 mins later. Also, when I'd previously (twice) asked for a dentist to call me to explain something I couldn't quite remember from a consultation, it didn't happen. I was told this was due to a breakdown in communication between reception and the dentist. Overall though, a good experience.

Dentist was kind & calm, & apologised for being late. Even though it wasn’t really her fault. The receptionist kept her talking & it wasn’t about a patient it was all about her. Although the receptionist was pleasant. She was a bit of a time waster. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment

Very pleasant hygienist and assistant. Asked all the right questions, very thorough teeth and gum cleansing, good advice regarding self care.
