After a long period when I couldn’t get an appointment I had a filling and all was good. I will wait and see if the promised senior dentist materialises. Typical NHS staff brilliant, management questionable.

Cancelled my appointment with one weeks notice. Fortunately I was free on the alternative date they offered. It was a hygienist appointment. I won’t go there for the hygienist again, it was too painful. Hygienists vary a lot on their ability to scrape without giving pain. Sadly the hygienist that I like is no longer at the practice. It’s also too expensive at eighty pounds.

I did not have to wait a long time for my appointment. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Dentist was very gentle and accommodating- did not have to be reclined. Good explanation of ‘issues’ with my teeth. A relaxed and problem free visit. Thank you.

I have not always found this dental practice's administrative abilities very good, having attended twice to be told my appointment was cancelled, and once I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes until I learned that my appointment had been cancelled, even though I had been checked in. However, today I was pleasantly surprised. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, and the dentist was reassuring and explained my treatment very well. The dentist had a very pleasant chairside manner - this is the second time I have consulted with her, which is good, as I have rarely seen the same dentist more than once in the past. On the positive side, I have also been able to book emergency appointments usually on the same day. I hope this practice continues to improve and retain its dental surgeons, who I have mostly found very good.

Friendly and helpful receptionists. Dentist: routine check-up and no issues needing further treatment. Hygienist: thorough cleaning and polishing which has greatly improved my teeth.

Mainly ok but shocked to find that extractions are only done at certain practices and I was expected to travel some distance. At 82 years old I was not prepared to do this. The only alternative was to go private. I find this unacceptable.

Everything was alright except for trying to get my name right? I booked in correctly but on arrival they had me down as my middle name? A small thing to mention you might think? but this happened repeatedly throughout my visit. With regards to my check-up I am very pleased thank you very much.

Very nice dentist. I’ve always been a very nervous patient but she put me at ease and was very kind and calming. I was very brave this time and had 3 fillings without injections, which I’ve never done before. I’m hoping my nerves are now cured.

Warm welcome, great service from dentist. Had check up and had time to replace old filling which she then spent considerable time to make it as good as possible. Much improved practice today as it was terrible last year.
