Dentist was kind & calm, & apologised for being late. Even though it wasn’t really her fault. The receptionist kept her talking & it wasn’t about a patient it was all about her. Although the receptionist was pleasant. She was a bit of a time waster. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment

Very pleasant hygienist and assistant. Asked all the right questions, very thorough teeth and gum cleansing, good advice regarding self care.

Phoned early in the morning and got an appointment for the same day for a broken tooth. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, the dentist was extremely good and caring. Definitely would recommend.

Was seen within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Appointment was to check filling previously exposed by tooth fracture and confirmed by x-ray. Options available to me were clearly explained, with no pressure. Whole consultation took only a few minutes.

I was left with a lot of burns around my lips from the hygienist's equipment. This was unnecessary and should have been avoided.

Been twice this month staff very good on reception and dentist was excellent also the hygienist was very good and professionable

I arrived on time and was please to understand the receptionist, which is not always the case. I didn't have to wait long to be called, the dentist listened to my concerns and took an in depth Xray of the tooth in question. She spent some time explaining the result of the picture and put my mind at rest. Very good dentist I think.

I’m a very nervous patient, my dentist was very calm & patient with me. It was an emergency appointment which was made very quickly. The receptionist was very good at booking me in & explaining everything over the telephone.

The new team are fantastic They have the desire to help you and to get treatments done while you are there for the checkup if there is time I had my checkup and fillings done all in the same appointment They are so friendly They answer the phone I hope they stay a long time
