Both receptionist and dentist were pleasant, efficient and helpful. The dentist was very thorough and gentle, and made sure I had every opportunity to ask questions should I have any. The environment was clean and welcoming. I could not fault anything in the practice.

I have had three appointments cancelled this year. A text has been sent to me on each occasion a few days before my appointment and it has been difficult/impossible each time to get through to the surgery to arrange another appointment, which can be another 3 months wait. It has now been a year since my last NHS dental check-up. Previous dentists, if they have had to cancel, have always phoned and rescheduled.
