The Dentist that treated me was so respectful having a brilliant bedside manner to me a frightened patient. Frightened not so much because of the extraction but more because of the prospect of my vertigo (which I don’t cope with very well) impacting on the procedure! A challenging extraction which he dealt with, with skill and speed in a very reassuring manner!

Every membet of staff that i met was exceptional empathetic, courteous and helpful from the receptionist through to the dentist and assistant nurse.

I was nervous before the appointment and the dentist had a very calm manner, explained everything and reassured me. She suggested that I may not need numbing and I am so pleased she did as the treatment was very comfortable and I left feeling very happy. She checked on me throughout the treatment and I felt well cared for. I am very satisfied with the whole experience and the result. Thank you!

I specifically booked because I wanted the enlightenment teeth whitening kit. Told I was to have a check up and then dentist would tell me going forward how much I would need / cost etc. (fair enough) Receptionist booked me in with a dentist that doesn’t offer it. Waste of a journey even though I specifically said I wanted the whitening treatment only as had a check up a month before when booking my appointment.

I turned up at 11.45. This was the time I was told and I wrote down, but was told it was 12.45. Came back at 12.45 and waited 25 minutes to see someone. ‘So you’ve come for a check up’ the dentist said. ‘No’, I replied. The appointment was made to discuss my referral and X-ray to have my wisdom teeth extracted. That is what the receptionist told me I needed to do. On the basis the basis the Rochford dental practice have already been in touch to make an appointment to have the wisdom teeth extracted, then this was a complete waste of my time today - not once but twice.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. My son was very nervous but they were patient and helped him feel comfortable for his check up.

Quick checkup and offer of sleep protection upper tooth guard but felt like i couldn't refuse when advised to see a dental hygienist as quite expensive. It was a very nice atmosphere and help getting up and down stairs on the stair lift.
