The dentist I saw was extremely polite and helpful. He was also really understanding when I told him I was feeling extremely nervous and made me feel very at ease.

The politeness and patience shown to me but also the willingness to make sure the treatment carried out worked for me, the outcome was what I’d hope it would be despite the difficulties. Thank you, I can eat talk and smile in comfort and feel confident with the look I now have at last so thank you again.

A pleasant and engaging trainee nurse and the very best dentist I have ever had fiddling with my teeth. The dentist gave thorough explanations as to available options and made what I thought were excellent proposals as how best to proceed. I loved the dentist’s positivity and commitment. My very best ever experience with a dentist. Thank you

My dentist is great, but the surgery have cancelled appointments on my every six months for the past two years. I'm supposed to be getting regular checkups and cleans due to gum disease, but the practise doesn't appear to be able to manage this. Each time they cancel I have to battle the phone system and then face extended waits for a new appointment, dragging out my treatment plan. Today they cancelled my latest appointment on a Saturday afternoon. When I called to rearrange, minutes after receipt of the text message, the practise is closed...? In March last year they cancelled on me with less than 24 hours, for a private hygienist appointment. Yet they want to charge me £30 if I do the same to them? May have to look for a new dentist, as this lot don't seem to be able to look after my teeth as instructed by various consultants.

Kind staff at reception and very good dentist who made me feel at ease as I suffer from anxiety. Great check up, very detailed with good dental advice

I saw a different dentist this time as my usual dentist is currently on leave. He was very nice and very efficient. I am a nervous patient and had to have an extraction but he put me at ease.

I rang up to make an appointment and got one for the next day (which I was very grateful for) I’m pregnant and one of my teeth which I’ve had previous problems with is flaring. I saw a phenomenal dentist who is doing everything she can, to give me some needed relief. I can’t thank the reception staff and the dental team enough.
