The dentist who dealt with my tooth extraction was very good. He was very understanding, and comforting despite my nervousness. He was very friendly and reassuring.

Staff were all really friendly. Absolutely brilliant with my little boy on his first visit to the dentist and also put me at ease as I get quite anxious about it. Really great visit. Thanks so much.

The practice consists of the private part on ground floor and NHSon lower ground. NHS is accessed by stairs and stairlift. I am a wheelchair user so cannot access lower ground as the rear emergency access is not suitable for wheelchairs read unsurfaced and rutted. The staff see me in upstairs clinic which although good always seems to be a bit of a faff. Today's treatment was superb. I lost half a front tooth yesterday, I was fitted in an hour as phoning and repaired straight away, it is an excellent job. Recommended for treatment.

How proffesional every body was, caring, understanding, polite and gentle. I have anxiety problems but the 2 ladies that assissted me were brilliant. This was my 1st visit but i was very impressed with everyone. Hope my 2nd visit will be just as good

Helpful NHS dentist and staff. Had all my treatment done in one session so quite quick and didnt have to wait. He explained treatments to my daughter too.

The dentist was helpful and had a nice manner . The receptionist a young lady was not as professional as one would like . She shouted out questions regarding income related queries that she easily could have done in a more discrete manner . I understand the pressure of the environment but it was a little disappointing and better customer service could improve the reputation of the dentist . Well mannered calm and empathic staff are the face of dentists and reflect the competence and attitude of the medical practice.

There were no NHS dentists so I was seen by private who said I needed route canal and a cap which the NHS doesn’t do so would cost me £1200! My filling is still in pain as I cannot afford that and will have to start a new treatment to make sure I see a nhs dentist! Not great service!
