I had a general check up appointment at 12:15pm on 19 October 2023. From the moment I walked in , the reception on the ground floor was very rude. I stood in front of the reception counter and said hi, reception didn’t answer and didn’t look at me. Then I said again, excuse I have appointment and she asked “private or nhs?”, without saying anything else. She then checked the system and said “downstairs!” in a very judging voice. After that, reception in the lower ground floor and the dentist treated me very nice. After I finished my appointment, I told reception on the ground the floor (same rude person) thank you, bye-bye, she didn’t look at me nor responded in any way. This made me feel really bad and I will never be back and I will tell all my friends and family not to go there!

Rebooked the appointment they cancelled quickly and easily always a friendly atmosphere explaining what’s happening and giving good advice

The dentist was very nice and it made me fee calm I have to say that the receptionist caused a frosty atmosphere and I didn’t feel very welcomed to ask questions and this isn't a great first and last impression when being in the dentist

Been with this dental surgery for many years now and will happily travel an hour each way by public transport to come here because the service me and my family receive is beyond excellent! ?????????? All staff are very welcoming and helpful, honestly can’t fault this surgery and their very talented amazing team of workers! Highly recommended!

First experience after finally finding a dentist available after covid lockdown, the dentist was understanding and provided an x/ray and checked teeth and gums and provided advice to see hygenist prior to follow up emergency appointment.

First time back at the dentist since covid with my daughter, so was anxious but was quickly put at ease with friendly Dentist. Daughter had a tooth extracted but Dentist was very good with her, very patient and kept me informed during the process. Very happy with service received.

Friendly staff and loved the drawings on the wall of staff! Clean waiting area. Dentist was so professional and didn’t rush me with my concerns.
