I was in a lot of pain after a filling came out of one of my back teeth at the top. The lovely receptionist managed to give me an emergency appointment for later today for which I was truely grateful. I was in agony by the time I saw the dentist. The dentist replaced my filling, was grateful she didn't put a temporary one in because we live near Retford. I knew the filling would be difficult because it was at the back of my mouth and I struggle with a painful jaw after a while. My tooth was very sore whilst the dentist was putting the filling in and I had a lot of pain in my jaw even though I was numbed up but I was in AGONY going home. Since then I've used a hot water bottle and kept up with the meds which has eased the pain. I am very grateful to the receptionist, dentist and dental nurse and hopefully in a few days I'll be pain free.

The dentist was very patient with me i’m very pathetic! everyone was lovely it was an emergency appointment and i had to come miles even though i have a dentist! but they were amazing and got rid of the offender! thank you to everyone

The speed at which i mamaged to get an appointment ans then on the appointment the hygienist was lovely friendly and made me feel at ease. The appointment was quick and i left very happy

I was pleased with the care and reasurrance i received. I was apprehensive about the numbing injections but found them to be relatively painless and effective.
