All staff involved were very professional, the dentist spoke me through the process after never having the type of treatment before. All in all pleasant experience.

Everything! From reception staff, to the nurses to the dentists - a very warm and sincere experience, thank you so much from someone who has a real phobia of the dentist. My dentist is always particularly friendly, he remembers my wider family and always puts me at ease. You should be so proud of your staff.

The care and attendance from the dentist, she took time to sit, speak and explained things with the children and asked them questions. The reception staff were also lovely and patient.

Appointment was 9am but did not go in till 9:15am. We were the first appointment that day. Needed a return but nothing available till December, 3 months. Dentist was good hence it is a 3 and not lower.
