The dentist giving m option of what could be done the staff are alway pleasant and helpful but ive alway found this in the practice to which ive been attending since the early 1970 even though the practice has has many changes thanh you

Dentist friendly and immediately but me at ease. Good rapport and excellent communication throughout consultation. Explained everything in detail. Kept me informed what she was doing and why. Not only talked me through areas of concern but highlighted them on the X-ray on screen so I could see and understand. Explained things that had never been mentioned before.

Dentist was clearly new to the role but was very friendly and reassuring. The dental nurse was very comforting and made me feel welcome.

When I walked in the receptionist was polite and welcoming , the person who worked on my teeth as it was a emergency appointment was fantastic and soon worked out what the problem was 10/10 experience

Always friendly and helpful. The dentist always explains clearly the forms of treatment and the cost so you always know what is going to happen. Even though they are really busy they always treat you at your pace, not theirs.

I had phoned the day before to say aI had lost a piece of tooth but couldn't get an appointment until 2nd Nov.but was put on a cancellation list, I was amazed when the next day when I got a cancellation appointment.

Although I waited for 35 minutes, I appreciate its not easy to stay within time? Dentist apologised, obv person before had treatment which took him over his time!!

The staff were efficient, the practice was clean and tidy, the dentist was very thorough, informative and helpful. She gave me good advice and asked if i had any questions or concerns.
