How engaging and friendly the Dentist was. I feel he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and respected. He also took care to explain what treatment he had carried out. Genuinely nice person

I was seen by the Dentist in a very quick time, not much waiting around and the staff were very professional. I would recommend this practice to family and friends.

I’ve always had a great experience at this practice but at my recent appointment it felt almost rushed & more like a sales ploy for extra treatments, one of which was stain removal service that was once part of your basic cleaning treatment at a cost of £82.50. I did eventually get a clean that was very rough & rushed . The staff are usually really friendly but on this occasion they were being very mundane.

We are very sorry to hear that your visit did not meet your expectations on this occasion. As a practice, we must offer every patient all of the treatment options available for both NHS and private. Dreadful service. I have been on hold for 1hr 5 mins. Apparently 1st in the queue for the last 35 mins. I have a complication for a treatment today and yet there is no one there to take my call and offer me the medical advice that I need

We are very sorry to hear that your attempt to contact the practice was much longer than usual. We have recently experienced an increased volume of calls at the practice, in which we are continuing to audit to ensure we improve our call queue service as quickly as possible. We do hope your dental query has been resolved, however we do provide an answer machine service for patients who are unable to wait on the call queue. A member of our team monitors this on a frequent basis to ensure we can return patients calls as quickly as possible. The dentist throughly examined my teeth and gums and explained what may be the problem. He then did what he could to try to eliminate the problem and advised how I can keep on top of it.

The dentist and dental nurse beers so caring and took their time didn’t feel rushed. After having a bad experience at another dentist I cannot recommend this dentist and practice enough.
