However, I was unable to make a follow up appointment after my treatment due to the booking system failure? As of today the 17th I have not yet been able to telephone due to large number of calls on hold?

Being an extremely nervous patient, I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. I am also disabled, using a mobility scooter, and my entry to the practise was level and easy. My treatment was completed quickly and painlessly, and I felt at ease. Thank you for your kind and courteous attention.

Arrived after a bus journey from Worksop to be told my appointment wasn’t booked correctly and had to return home with no treatment

Lovely friendly staff Nice clean environment. My dentist is lovely and is always on time. I used to be really anxious about coming to the dentist but not anymore thanks to this lovely practice. Thank you.

Friendly staff at receptipn and in the surgery too but find it very disappointing to have to wait three months for an appointment to replace a lost crown far too long to wait as its very noticeable

We are experiencing high volumes of calls from patients wanting to book appointments at the practice. We have implemented a triaging system to ensure the relevant appointments are booked according to urgency. The practice does also have a cancellation list to allow us to offer earlier appointments to patients who may be available at shorter notice.
