The man explained everything that he was doing. I was disappointed that I couldn’t book in for another 6 months !! And the tap on the room was dripping which I was told has been like that for a year and the light was only half working in the roof

I have always given a 5 star,( very good) rating previous. But the tt on my sensitive tooth just doesn’t seem to have worked this time. Normally it relieves the discomfort for 4 -5 months. I will need to make another appointment. However, everything else was fine and everyone is so friendly.

Friendly, really good at all xplaining treatment, how to manage dental care better, very conscious of my pain threshold because of sensitive gums, lovely ladies, never ever worry about visiting for treatment as she’s so gentle and caring

The Dentist was very pleasant young man. Only concern was had scaling but no polishing so teeth feel a bit rough Is this standard practice now?

The care and professionalism was absolutely outstanding, a much more positive appointment than previous so thank you to the great dentist and his dental nurse, especially after such a deep filling and the aftercare and speaking through everything was brilliant. They are both an true asset to the practice.
