The understanding and care over having to change my appointment last minute and rearranging as soon as they was able . I find the team very open and friendly and are not judgemental with my anxiety allowing me the time I need to try and settle myself

The wait time for appointments is quite long but I think this is a UK wide issue, the dentist actually listened to my issue and did an amazing job correcting it! Couldn’t be happier with the end result, no more toothache!

The fact I came in as an emergency I believe led to no X-ray being taken the wrong filling being put into a tooth, no follow up appointment advised. 4 days later due to pain forced to go through 111 and saw a separate dentist who explained I’d had treatment but it was temporary and I should have had further treatment booked. The tooth was extracted and I now have an infection.

The hygienist was on time. She was lovely and told me everything she was going to do. She also took time afterwards to provide me with information of the best toothbrushes etc to get

The appointment was given on the same day. The dentist I saw was absolutely lovely and put me at ease. He explained everything and talked me through my opinions . He did the work for me and really helped with my anxiety. The dental nurse that was in the room was also excellent and very reassuring. No complaints at all. Thanks very much for seeing me and getting the work done.

The dentist. Very polite and skilful and efficient. Asked me what the problem was and how it had happened, then explained the treatment needed. Answered my questions thoroughly and made sure I was happy and comfortable with the work he had done. Told me what might happen- going forward, and ensured I had a follow up appointment booked. What I didn’t appreciate was being on the telephone for an hour to book an appointment, to then be told there were no appointments available and that I would have to ring at 9:00 the next day to try and get an emergency appointment. I phoned at 8:59am and was first in line, so I managed to get an appointment for that same day. However, my Husband (who was also suffering with toothache) phoned at 9:00am and was 4th in the queue, was told that there were no appointments left. When he queried this, the receptionist told him it was because they didn’t have many dentists working that day. More emergency appointments please. As a family, we have have been registered with this dental practice for nearly 22 years and have, largely, been satisfied with the service. This has been my one and only gripe. So that is why I have marked down by one star.
