Pleasant helpful receptionist. Friendly dentist came for me in waiting room on time. Treatment completed slickly without any discomfort. No payment required because it was replacement of a recently filling that had dropped out!

The dentist was very thoughtful and kept asking me all the time if I was ok - she was quick and very good at no time did I feel uneasy

The reception was very good and the receptionists were really polite and friendly. Our dentist Is really good and makes us feel at ease every time we visit.

The dentist instantly made you feel welcome he was very informative and really explained all the treatment we needed to ensure understanding , explained how we could improve our hygiene and made us feel confident in the dental practice , brilliant dentist pls keep him and book Us with him every time we visit pls ?

Sympathetic staff dealth with my original call & friendly on arrival. Dentist listened to my problem, dealt with it professionally & with care. Very happy with result of visit

Check up appointment over in 5 minutes. First time in 48 years I did not have a scale and polish. Further more it cost a ££23.50 up from about £18 last time. Incidentally all the dental charges are no longer in view in the waiting room. Definitely a step down from the many years of excellent service I have had over the years.

We are very sorry to hear that your visit did not meet your expectations on this occasion. The NHS banding charges are displayed on our practice noticeboard on entry to the reception however we would be happy to discuss this with all of our patients should they wish. During an examination, the dentist must assess a patients oral hygiene at each appointment, and would recommend a scale an polish should this be required. At your next examination, please discuss this with your dentist and confirm if this is recommended based on your examination. We will reflect and discuss this at our next team meeting. Excellent service and very nice dentist. Although our appointment was 1.50pm & you were clised for lunch 1pm - 2pm.
