I’m not happy that we don’t have our 6 monthly check ups and now only go when we have a problem. I feel this will impact on the young who need regularly check ups to keep their teeth healthy. As to my visit I asked for the technician to check a broken tooth and my front tooth which I had chipped , I only had my broken tooth fixed and I still have my front tooth chipped which I am embarrassed about . I felt like all of my experience was a rush and just wanted to get me in and out even though there was only me and one other in the waiting room but the car park seemed to be full ? We’re all the cars staff ? . The surgery is not was it was to me and I’m thinking of finding another surgery that actually listens to my problems and not just trying to get me out of the door for the next patient?

A smile from the receptionist. The minimal waiting time. The care and patience from the dentist and dental nurse shown to me was exceptional especially as I am a nervous patient. Thank you ?

I was a nervous going to see the dentist as the dentist I had seen previously there had moved practice,and I had got on with him very well. He had done quite a lot of treatment for me and I trusted him. My fears disappeared as I had my consultation with my new dentist. He is very approachable, good sense of humour, and put me very much at ease. When I first attended your practice I was so scared I could have cried. But over the time that I have been attending I no longer feel that way. I would recommend your practice to anyone. Thank you.

Dental treatment was, as always, very good and delivered with care. Administratively, though, it is a bit frustrating that future check up appointments cannot be booked at the time and that reminders for future check ups are no longer sent. It seemed to work over the many years past. Not sure why it can't happen now.
