Staff very friendly but information about prepay plan very confusing. No NHS appointments available this year but if I go private I can have one tomorrow. Have paid to see dentist so can go private , suggested filing which I will have to pay for privately although haven't yet signed up...because it can take up to two month's to sign up but could be paying monthly before that...!!!

I have been with this practise 44 years and have never had treatment as bad as this, I paid £99 for emergency treatment and it took 9 days to get it done, I had to find out myself if it was safe to take my tooth out with the doctor also I had to get the doctors email so the dentist could contact them so not impressed with this service at all will be looking for a replacement dentist from now on.

Reception staff greeted me warmly on my arrival. The dentist was professional and thorough in her examination of my teeth, she gave me lots of advice on the care of my teeth. Very happy with my service, highly recommend.

It was lovely to see my regular dentist back at the practice. She is lovely, very professional and kind. She explains everything clearly and I trust her completely.

Being forced to pay a deposit for anything and everything is not reasonable in my view and I'm very disappointed in the waiting times now for NHS treatment and the fact that scale and polish which used to be part of the NHS service is now private only.

Needed an emergency NHS appointment, the receptionist was very efficient and got me in quickly, the dentist made me feel at ease and explained what he was doing, I would highly recommend

Staff are friendly and professional. Very helpful with the policy. Dentist was friendly and did what I needed with my brothers tooth without pushing me into expensive procedures.
