    I think the lady was spanish never seen her before she was really good very friendly and put me at ease straight away

    The dentist was very thorough, first time I have seen this dentist. She was very pleasant and talked about what she was doing.

    Had a crown come off. Managed to get a NHS cancellation appointment 2 days later. Fortunate I know, but crown replaced successfully (so far) that afternoon.

    I was a pity NHS services are no longer available, where payment is taken after treatment. Now I am being asked for an advance deposit. I am now using here a private hygienist and dentist who are both very good as was the previous NHS medical professionals. I am aware of other private dentists that take payment after treatment. Today's dentist was excellent, going through my medical history in detail, explaining everything he was doing in advance, telling me to rest between his activities. He felt my neck glands for problems and and visually inspected face and felt my jaw movements which were all OK. He explained my treatment plan for four teeth, two fillings and two extractions and provided a printed treatment plan collected at reception.

    The dentist excellent and patient with me when told her I suffered with anxiety about my mouth and she reassured me that everything was ok.she took X-rays and something shown up on it and she said it was nothing bad but still feeling anxious but that me.she explained all my options and she seemed very caring and lovely person

    The dentist was really friendly and helpful and gave useful advice and treatment. He was also really good and patient with my 2 year old son who was reluctant to have his teeth checked.

    Saw Claire my hygienist. I have very sensitive teeth and she is so good to me and tries her best that I don’t suffer with any discomfort.

    My sons (aged 2 and 4) had their appointments cancelled in Feb 2023 due to lack of dentists. The apparently were put on a waiting list. I have called today (Nov 2023) and the receptionist has told me they'll likely be on the waiting list for over a year. The dentists apparently only have 1 Nhs dentist that works one and a half days a week.

    My first time as a private patient and I would say the fastest check up I have ever had, it was very rushed and I expected more. I had two issues with my teeth- there was no advice just you can have X treatment & it will cost Y. I asked three times for the dentist to show me on the X-ray what the issue was and they just kept saying “here” - well I couldn’t see what they were referring to on screen and struggled to hear anyway over the radio. I have used this surgery for over 30 years and it’s clearly now about time and money. One positive about losing my NHS status is that I can go anywhere I want now. It is a shame.

    Lady of reception greeted me with a friendly smile - explained in detail of new payment scheme available. Lady dentist - as usual was lovely (sorry don’t know her name) gentle and explained fully regarding a possible concern. Very pleased with my experience
