Dentist recommended an NHS clean booked an appointment for 6 weeks time but was told I'd need to pay up front for the treatment. I wasn't prepared to do so and could pay after the visit so was unable to book an appointment

Visited for a family check up today after calling for advice beforehand. My daughter 11 is extremely ill at the moment both mentally and physically. I requested a referral to a SEN dentist as the only way she could engage in a check up is if she can carry out lengthy rituals and with mental health support. The dentist kept telling her that she must get in the chair and arguing that he would not refer her. My daughter was visibly upset but he then asked 'can she not speak' and tried again to tell her that he was going to do it. Eventually he said that he would do it but only if I requested it in an email. My daughter will never enter the building again after this experience. I think that it would be best if the dentist only dealt with his area of expertise and let my daughters extensive team handle the rest. X

Had 2 teeth removed. caring staff. Understanding. made feel at ease. went that extra to check I was ok3. polite helpful professional. explained everything and aftercare. I would highly recommend the staff and practice

Dentist was very good at checking my teeth and answering any questions I had. All staff at the practice were all very friendly

Having a crown preparation work done this morning. I felt confident the dentice know exactly what he was doing and completed the work in good time. He was patient with his new assistant.

I have a history of anorexia nervosa which has left me with osteoporosis. My dentist very kindly prescribed me high fluoride toothpaste because I am at risk of bone loss/weaker teeth. This was done without any fuss or any explicit mention of my eating disorder which I really appreciated. My experience as a whole was very positive, and I didn't experience any discomfort (physical or otherwise) during my appointment

My treatment was 2 fillings. My dentist explained each aspect of the procedure and after-care and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Staff are friendly, polite & welcoming. I would get the appointment as per my needs. If it's an emergency would get the appointment as soon as possible.

Friendly atmosphere. Treatment was carried out as expected. My only complaint would be that I had to wait over 30 mins to be seen.
